The Bolt Company are proud to be one of the approved suppliers for the Capital Dock project. This is one of the biggest commercial development contracts awarded in the Irish market in recent years.
The 4.8-acre site is due to accommodate offices, retail and leisure, and a 23-storey residential tower that overlooks the point where the Liffey meets the Grand Canal Dock. This cutting edge prime waterfront site will not just compose of the tallest building in the Dublin skyline but the tallest building throughout the entire country. The development is an integral part of bringing continued renewal and jobs to the much loved dock area.
